Course:    Flat, fast and scenic, officially certified, 12km course from the Woy Woy waterfront along Brisbane Water to the Gosford waterfront just south of the Gosford Sailing Club.  Click here to see a map of the course.

Prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd places in Age Categories.

Presentation:    The Presentation of prizes will commence at 10:30am adjacent to the Finish.  Many random draw prizes will be made after the presentation of prizes.  Competitors MUST be in attendance to collect their prizes.

ADULT - $25.00
CHILD (17 and Under) - $10.00
FAMILY (2 Adults + Children 17 & Under) - $50.00
LATE FEE: Entries on Saturday/Sunday, 16/17 June 2007 - $5.00 additional Fee

Entries:

• May be posted so as to be received by 11 June 2008 to Bay to Bay Fun Run, PO Box 944, Gosford, NSW 2250.
• Lodged at Gosford Primary School, Vaughan Avenue, Gosford from 1pm to 4pm on Saturday, 14 June 2008.
• Lodged at CWA Hall, The Boulevarde, Woy Woy (adjacent to Start) from 6:00am to 7:45am on Sunday, 15 June 2008.
• May be made on-line (details available shortly).
• Race Numbers may be collected from Gosford Primary School, Vaughan Avenue, Gosford from 1:00pm to 4:00pm on Saturday, 14 June 2008, or from the CWA Hall, The Boulevarde, Woy Woy from 6:00am to 7:45am on Sunday, 15 June 2008.
• NOTE:  ENTRIES RECEIVED ON SATURDAY, 14 JUNE, OR SUNDAY, 15 JUNE, WILL INCUR A $5 LATE FEE.

Rules:

• Competitors are only eligible for one individual prize.
• All competitors will accept the Race Committee's decisions as final.
• Entries will only be accepted on the official Entry Form or photocopy, duly completed and signed by the entrant, with the appropriate fee enclosed for each entrant, or on-line using the facility provided (details shortly).
• Each competitor will run the approved course as directed, will not accept outside assistance and will accept the referees decision as final.
• No competitor will be awarded a place unless he/she wears an official competitor number so that the allotted number may be easily seen throughout the duration of the run.
• Competitors must run where directed by Officials and/or Police.
• The medical staff reserve the right to remove any competitor from the race.  If you have any of the following conditions, you are advised by the Race Medical Director to seek advice from your Doctor before entering this event.
  1.    Family history of sudden death or heart disease.
  2.    Medical condition, e.g., asthma, hypertension, diabetes, etc.
  3.    Recent illness, e.g., respiratory infection, etc.

Gear:    Gear will be transported to the Finish via van from in front of the CWA Hall in Woy Woy.  You must produce your Race Number to collect gear.

Transport:    A limited number of buses will be available to transport runners from the Finish to the Start both before (after 6:30am) and after the race (after the Presentation).
