DRINKS PROCEDURE

Prior to first Saturday, get keys and code to door from previous month's drinks person.

On each Saturday

  • Place drink containers onto trolley and fill with water using the plastic hose.  Add 1 bottle of cordial to water.
  • In summer, add a bag of ice.
  • Take burner, kettle and table and set up outside.
  • Fill kettle with hot water from the Surf Club Cafe (say "please").
  • Collect 2 litres of milk from Surf Club Cafe. Treasurer to pay cafe by 8am.
  • Aim to have everything set up by 6:45am.
  • Empty unused cordial at 8am.
  • Return utensils to Surf Club, rinse out cordial container and place everything back into the cupboards and lock.

On Saturday or during the week

  • Ensure that there are 2 full bottles of cordial stored in the cupboard prior to the following Saturday.
  • If gas bottle runs out, fill bottle.

On the last Saturday of each month

  • Collect tea cake from Bakers Delight
  • The tea cake containers and knives are to be taken back to Bakers Delight.  The Treasurer will arrange paument with Bakers Delight.
  • Wash all containers.
  • Wipe out cupboards (With Corona Eliminator disinfectant).
  • Give keys and code to door to next months drinks person.
