The Great North Walk 100s (GNW100s). This document provides 2018
GNW100s Runners and their
Support Crews with the information they need to prepare for, and
participate in, the GNW100s. Although this is the fourteenth year of the
GNW100s, we are sure there will be things that could be done better.
We welcome your feedback on the GNW100s so that we can improve the
Event in future years.

NSW Central Coast. The Club runs from Terrigal Beach Car Park at
6:00am every Saturday morning when more than 100 runners of all ages
and abilities gather to run/walk 10 to 18 kilometres, followed by
tea/coffee, juice and socialising. The Club also organises the
annual Bay to Bay
Running Festival (click
here) each June
which attracts more than 2,000 competitors and raises significant
sums for local charities.

Trotters Inc. is grateful to these organizations for their
cooperation. In order to gain their approval, a number of their
requirements have been incorporated in the Rules for the GNW100s.
So that the GNW100s can continue in future years, all Runners and
Support Crews are requested to abide by the Rules of the GNW100s
as specified in this document and to obey any lawful directions
given by authorised members of the above organizations.
