Handicaps:

• Handicaps are based on best results from 2009 and 2010 Terrigal Trotters Time Trials only.  You can see the list here.  All care has been taken to ensure accuracy, however if you have any questions or believe an error has been made, please email Mark Dunlop: mdunlop@nsccahs.health.nsw.gov.au.  No alterations to handicaps will be made on the day.

• Runners who do not have a qualifying time from Trotters Time Trials in the specified period, will start from scratch with the backmarker.

• Runners will have their Start Time written on their arms when they register as usual on Saturday morning.  After registering, please move immediately to the usual Time Trial Start location at the southern end of the beach.  All MUST register by 6:00am at the latest (Leon will close registrations at 6am as usual, so don't be late) and runners who have a Start Time before 6am must make sure they register in plenty of time to reach the Start.  If you are late to the Start, then you will be giving yourself an additional handicap.
